According to the work arrangement, the medical examination of the open recruitment staff of Weihai Institute of Technology in 2022 is now conducted, and the relevant issues are notified as follows.
I. Timetable and scope of personnel
1. physical examination time: 8:00 a.m. on August 8, the cost of physical examination is about 389 yuan borne by the individual candidates (please be prepared to swipe your card or bring your own change, no other way of payment is accepted) and delivered directly to the hospital.
2. Scope of personnel: 2022 Weihai Institute of Technology open recruitment inspection qualified personnel (see Annex 1 for details).
II. Notes
1. physical examination personnel must bring their valid ID cards, a recent 2-inch color photo (bring your own glue or double-sided tape on the back of the photo), a neutral pen, and gather at the Rongcheng City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine (No. 101, Chengshan Avenue East, Rongcheng City) on the specified date at 8:00. Applicants who do not attend the physical examination at the specified time and place without approval are considered to have automatically given up.
2. The morning of the physical examination fasting (no food, no water, try not to drink beverages or eat a lot of fruit, sweets on the first day), the relevant "physical examination instructions" is attached.
3. Physical examination standards and related requirements refer to the implementation of the general standards for civil service recruitment physical examination and other provisions, the state otherwise specified from its provisions.
III. Requirements related to epidemic prevention and control
According to the relevant provisions of the province, the majority of candidates must strengthen the knowledge of epidemic prevention and consciously do their own health management. Before the medical examination, avoid going to high-risk areas in the epidemic, and take the initiative to reduce the number of outings and unnecessary gatherings and personnel contacts. Candidates holding health codes other than green codes must also provide proof of negative nucleic acid testing for the new coronavirus after testing by a testing agency within 7 days prior to the physical examination. Candidates are requested to prepare all personal protective equipment, strictly do personal protection and maintain hand hygiene. Make reasonable arrangements for transportation and accommodation, and pay attention to dietary hygiene.
Anyone who violates the relevant provisions of the province's standing epidemic prevention and control, conceals or misrepresents key information on epidemic prevention and control such as travel history, contact history, health status, etc., will be held responsible according to the law.

Physical examination instructions
1, physical examination is strictly prohibited falsification, impersonation; such as concealment of medical history affects the results of the physical examination, the consequences are self-responsible.
2. The medical examination form should be affixed with a recent two-inch bareheaded photo and stamped by the medical examination hospital, and the medical examination form should be filled out by myself (with a black signature pen or pen), with clear handwriting and no alteration, and the medical history part should be filled out truthfully, item by item, without omission.
3. The day before the physical examination, please pay attention to rest, do not stay up late, do not drink alcohol and avoid strenuous exercise.
4. On the day of physical examination, blood collection, ultrasound and other examinations are required, please fast 8-12 hours before the examination.
5. Female examinees should not do gynecological and urine examination during menstruation, and should wait for the completion of menstruation to make up the examination; if you are pregnant or may be pregnant, please inform the medical staff in advance and do not do X-ray examination.
6. Please cooperate with the doctor to check all items carefully and do not miss any examination. If you give up an examination item automatically, it will affect your employment.
7. The medical examiner may add the necessary corresponding examination and test items according to the actual needs.
