In order to better serve the employment and entrepreneurship of graduates with difficulties and enhance the employment quality of graduates, the city started the declaration of job-seeking and entrepreneurship subsidies on September 23.
I. Application objects and supporting documents
The target of job-seeking and entrepreneurship subsidy is the graduates of ordinary higher education schools, secondary vocational schools and technical colleges who are willing to find jobs and actively seeking jobs within the academic year of graduation and meet one of the following conditions. Specific application objects and supporting documents.
1. Graduates from urban and rural residents' minimum living security families and families on the verge of low insurance (graduates from urban and rural residents' minimum living security families and families on the verge of low insurance of foreign origin: documents issued by the local civil affairs department).
2. Graduates from special hardship cases (graduates from special hardship cases of foreign origin: their own "Certificate of Assistance and Support for Special Hardship Cases" or documents issued by the local civil affairs department).
3. Graduates who are orphans (Child Welfare Certificate or documents of equivalent validity issued by the civil affairs department of the county (city or district) in which they live)
4. Graduates of key children in need (including graduates of de facto unsupported children) ("Child Welfare Certificate" or documents of equivalent validity issued by the civil affairs department of the county (city or district) where they are located).
5. Graduates from families of people who have escaped from poverty and enjoy the policy (including those who have been monitored and helped to prevent return to poverty) (supporting documents issued by the rural revitalization department of the county (city or district) where they live).
6. Graduates with disabilities (their own "Certificate of Disability").
7. Graduates who have received national student loans during their studies (the "National Student Loan Contract" or documents of equal validity issued by the loan bank or the financial aid management center of the place of origin during the period of their study for this degree).
Graduates can only apply for job-seeking and entrepreneurship subsidies in one capacity.
II. Subsidy standards
1. The subsidy standard for graduates from families of urban and rural residents with the lowest living security, families on the edge of low security, special hardship cases, orphans, key children in distress (including de facto unsupported children), families who have escaped from poverty and enjoy the policy (including those who are monitored and helped to prevent return to poverty) and disabled people is 1000 yuan per person.
2. The standard for graduates who have received national student loans during their studies is 600 yuan per person.

Issuance procedure
1. Graduates apply. Eligible graduates should log on the "Shandong College Graduates Employment Information Network" (hereinafter referred to as "Information Network", the website is https://www.sdgxbys.cn) "Application for Job Search and Entrepreneurship Subsidy "module, fill in and submit the relevant information and personal commitment of employment intention and active job search. If the application is valid through the system's big data verification, the graduate does not need to provide supporting materials; if the application fails to pass the verification comparison, the graduate must upload relevant supporting materials. If the uploaded materials are unclear or incomplete and cannot be effectively verified by the school or municipal departments, graduates should re-upload the supporting materials in a timely manner during the audit period in accordance with the audit opinions fed back by the system, and late applications will not be accepted. If the application is overdue or the relevant supporting materials cannot be examined and approved within the specified period, the application shall be deemed to be voluntarily abandoned.
2. Review and issue. After the students declare, the school and the municipal human resources bureau to review and review the student application subsidy materials. After the completion of the review, the provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security for the record, and the unified allocation of subsidy funds to the schools.
