I. Recruitment scope and conditions

Second, the recruitment method This recruitment is conducted in the form of on-site registration, qualification review and interview. Specific requirements:

(2) Qualification examination The qualification examination of the corresponding personnel will go through the whole process of recruitment. When applying for registration, the applicant shall submit relevant personal certification materials according to the conditions of the applicant.
 
It mainly includes: the second-generation ID card during the validity period, the nationally recognized academic qualification (degree) certificate, the vocational skill competition award certificate and the professional qualification certificate required for the job position (all must be obtained before November 2018). The incumbent personnel shall submit the personnel with the personnel management authority (department) to issue the “Certificate of Approval of the Applicant's Approval” (Attachment 3). The primary and secondary school teachers shall be stamped with the local education administrative department in the remarks column of the “Certificate for the approval of the employer”. The original materials and a copy of the above materials are required. If the applicant fails to submit the relevant materials within the specified time, it shall be deemed as a waiver. If the applicant does not have the conditions for applying for the examination, he or she will be disqualified.
 
Persons who have been criminally punished and have been expelled from public office are found to have serious violations of discipline and discipline in the recruitment of civil servants and open recruitment of public institutions, and those who are not allowed to apply cannot apply for the job; Rongcheng’s credit rating system for Rongcheng’s credit management system is C Classes and below can't be employed; full-time college students (including senior and preparatory technicians) can't apply, and can't use the acquired academic degree as a conditional application; active military personnel and other personnel who are not allowed to be hired by law Apply for. After the registration is completed, the final number of applicants will not reach 3 times of the planned number of applicants. (3) Interview
 
The interview is conducted in a professional test. The interview time and the interview location will be notified separately. The interview fee is 70 yuan per person and is paid when the interview notice is received.
 
After the interview, the applicant's test scores are calculated using the percentage system. Calculated to two decimal places, the mantissa is rounded off. According to the interview results of the candidates, the ratio of 1:1.5 from the high score to the low score is determined. If the required proportion is not reached, the interviewer's scores for candidates who have entered the scope of the survey shall not be less than 70 points. Applicants' interview results and the list of persons entering the scope of inspection and the scope of medical examination shall be announced.
 
Third, the inspection physical examination
 
The recruiting unit and its competent department set up an inspection working group, which is specifically responsible for the inspection work of the candidates who entered the scope of the investigation. The investigation can be carried out in various ways according to the requirements of the post conditions, focusing on ideological and political performance, moral quality, business ability and work performance, and whether the relevant personnel meet the prescribed qualification requirements, and whether the relevant information and materials are true and accurate. Conduct a review and write a written opinion.
 
Inspect qualified personnel, and determine the number of candidates for medical examination according to the ratio of 1:1. The medical examination standards and related requirements shall be implemented in accordance with the general standards for the employment of civil servants, and the provisions of the State shall be prescribed otherwise. Applicants who are intentionally concealing the disease or medical history of the employment during the medical examination process shall not be employed; in the course of the medical examination, if the collusion of the medical examination staff cheating or asking others to replace the medical examination and exchange or replace the test sample, the physical examination result is invalid. Cancel the qualification of the applicant, and the results of the Rongcheng applicant will be reported to the city credit management platform and recorded in the personal credit file.
 
Except for special circumstances, if the applicants of the Rongcheng City publicly approve the approval of the competent authority, if the applicants do not participate in the medical examination at the specified time or place, they shall be deemed to have voluntarily given up. For re-examination according to the regulations, it shall not be carried out in the original physical examination hospital, and the re-inspection can only be carried out once. The conclusion is based on the conclusion of the re-inspection. The vacancies caused by the disqualification, the waiver of the examination (physical examination) qualification or the inspection (physical examination) may be replenished in equal amount from the qualified personnel who entered the same position.
 
Fourth, publicity and employment
 
The candidates for the examination, inspection, and medical examination shall be publicly announced by the public authorities of Rongcheng City for public recruitment, and the publicity period shall be 7 working days. The list of persons to be hired will not be resubmitted after publication. If there is no objection during the expiration of the publicity period, the recruitment unit shall submit an employment opinion and go through relevant formalities. The employed personnel shall carry out the probationary period according to the regulations, and the qualified employment will be officially employed, and the unqualified dismissal contract shall be terminated.
