The specialty of cooking and nutrition is the traditional advantage of our hospital. Mainly for the domestic and international star-rated hotels, large-scale catering enterprises to train middle and high-level cooks and senior management. At the same time, it will lay a solid foundation for becoming a technical expert and catering entrepreneur in the cooking industry. The main courses are: cooking technology, catering nutrition and hygiene, cooking cost accounting, cooking raw material knowledge, cooking ingredients processing technology, cold spelling and food carving, banquet design, Lu cuisine and so on. After the students enter the school, they will be selected into the preparatory technician class. The preparatory technician class increases the curriculum of Chinese dietary health, nutritional catering, research and development of Lu cuisine, new product development and innovative design.
