The application for reviewing the titles of teachers in technical colleges and universities, the scope of application for review and the application procedures shall be implemented in accordance with the “Notice on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan for the Reform of the Teacher Title System of Shandong Province Deepening Technical School” (Lu Renshe [2016] No. 40). In accordance with the spirit of Document No. 5 of the Luren Social Regulations (2019) of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of Shandong Province and the previous assessment method for the recommendation of professional and technical positions in our hospital, combined with the standardized assessment methods and the actual work of the school, these measures are formulated.
 
First, the establishment of the school title review recommendation committee
 
The school has established a professional evaluation committee for more than 7 people. The members of the committee implement the system of avoidance of themselves and their relatives when they are in the same level. The school title review recommendation committee has an office, which is specifically responsible for the recommendation work.

Seven, relevant regulations
 
The school does not recommend it in any of the following circumstances.

Eight, related requirements
 
(1) The validity period of this assessment method shall be from the date of implementation to March 31, 2022.
 
(2) During the implementation of these Measures, the superior has new rules for appraisal and appointment, and the above provisions shall prevail.
 
(3) The matters not covered in these Measures shall be interpreted by the School Title Evaluation and Recommendation Committee.
