Intelligent manufacturing department
The Department of Intelligent Manufacturing was established in July 2018 by the integration of the Department of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and the Department of Automotive Engineering. Aiming at the forefront of industrial development, intelligent manufacturing is regarded as a specialty with unique advantages. Relying on the national training base for highly skilled talents, guided by market demand and based on vocational post requirements, the company has introduced the German dual system certification system to cultivate application-oriented talents with solid professional foundation, strong practical ability and high comprehensive quality. It now offers six majors including CNC machining, Mechatronics, Industrial robots, automobile repair, agricultural machinery use and maintenance, and welding processing. In order to implement the fundamental task of cultivating virtues and talents and improve the ability of the department to cultivate technical talents, our department regularly selects outstanding students for intensive training and prepares for various skills competitions. Up to now, our teachers and students have won 2 national third prizes, more than 10 provincial third prizes and more than 30 municipal awards.
CNC Machining major (intermediate engineer, Senior engineer, technician)

As the development trend of the world's manufacturing industry, intelligent manufacturing is the core of today's industrial revolution. Intelligent Manufacturing Department is the key construction department of our college to set up mechanical majors. It sets up CNC lathe processing and other high-tech majors for the dominant industries in our city. This major cultivates highly skilled talents with good humanistic quality, professional ethics, psychological quality and corresponding theoretical knowledge of mechanical specialty. CNC Lathe major is the basic major for the precise connection between "Made in China 2025" and Germany's "Industry 4.0". Our intelligent manufacturing training base is equipped with domestic leading level of CNC equipment.
The main courses include: mechanical drawing, numerical control machining technology, numerical control programming and operation, numerical control machine tool use and maintenance, CAD/CAM, numerical control machine tool operation skills training, etc.
Employment direction: numerical control programming and processing, high-end equipment maintenance and repair, production management, etc.
This major has a strong faculty and equipment force. It has 18 full-time teachers, including 7 with senior titles, and double-professional teachers account for 100% of the total teachers. The school also employs industry and enterprise experts with rich practical experience as part-time teachers. It has the first-class practical training resources in the province. It has various kinds of production and training equipment such as three-axis machining center, CNC lathe, industrial robot and intelligent manufacturing automatic production line. The school has achieved fruitful results. Our college has won more than 60 provincial and above skills competition awards. Numerical control major adheres to the cultivation concept of "thick foundation, fine skills, strong quality", focuses on cultivating students' comprehensive quality, and lays a solid foundation for students' personalized development.
Automotive Maintenance Major (Intermediate engineer, Senior Engineer, technician)

This major aims to cultivate highly skilled talents who can master the basic theory and latest technology of modern automobile structure, principle and performance, and can use advanced intelligent equipment for fault diagnosis and detection of motor vehicles. Carry out the teaching practice of new energy vehicles, automobile construction and principle, automobile electrical equipment, application of automobile inspection equipment, automobile fault diagnosis, application of various automobile inspection equipment and vehicle inspection process, etc. In cooperation with Campais, we adopt the training mode of "named class" and set up "Campais Class" through the way of voluntary registration. Students of "Campais Class" can enjoy the monthly living allowance of 150 yuan issued by the enterprise during the period of study. Students can visit, train and practice in Campais Company during the period of study, and have the priority to choose to work in Campais Company after graduation. Compulsory courses are: new energy vehicles, intelligent automobile technology, automobile chassis construction and maintenance, automobile engine construction and maintenance, automobile electrical equipment construction and maintenance, automobile electronic control technology, automobile marketing and other professional courses.
Employment direction: auto maintenance, auto express insurance, service consultant, parts management, auto beauty, auto insurance claims, auto sales, auto manufacturing, workshop management, new car testing and debugging and other related positions in the auto industry.
Mechatronics Technology major (intermediate engineer, senior engineer, technician)

This major is based on the German dual-system education and training concept, guided by the internationally recognized three-dimensional comprehensive vocational ability model, implements German standards, adopts German courses, and awards the AHK certificate with international certification. This major introduces the German vocational training management mode, adopts the German standard Industry 4.0 practical training system and equipment, and the teaching materials and courses are jointly developed by experts from Chinese and German education enterprises.
Compulsory courses are: mechanical subsystem production and assembly, electrical system installation and commissioning, frequency converter application and maintenance, servo control system application, numerical control programming and operation, PLC, advanced electrician practical training operation, electromechanical integration project practice, industrial robot workstation system integration, intelligent production line commissioning and maintenance and other professional courses.
Employment direction: high salary positions such as installation and commissioning technician, system integration engineer, product R&D engineer and sales engineer in high-quality German-funded enterprises.
Industrial Robot Application and Maintenance major (Intermediate engineering, senior engineering)

Industrial robot is an automatic equipment integrating machinery, electronics, control, computer, sensor, artificial intelligence and other multidisciplinary advanced technologies, representing the development direction of intelligent equipment in the future. This major aims to cultivate high-quality skilled talents with operational experience, innovative spirit and entrepreneurial consciousness who are oriented to industrial robot manufacturers, industrial robot system integrators and application enterprises and can independently engage in production operation management, operation maintenance, programming debugging, installation and maintenance of industrial robot equipment, mechatronic integration equipment and electrical automation equipment. The first three years for mechatronics direction, after two years for industrial robot direction.
The compulsory courses are: Programmable controller programming and its application, industrial robot application programming, robot studio offline programming, industrial robot workstation installation and commissioning, hydraulic and pneumatic transmission technology, sensor technology application and other professional courses.
Employment direction: system designer and editor of industrial robot and mechatronic integration equipment, assembly, debugging, professional sales, after-sales service management personnel, engaged in the development and transformation of electrical automation equipment.
Agricultural Machinery Use and maintenance major (intermediate engineer, Senior engineer, technician)

For agriculture-related majors supported by the state, students can enjoy a state grant of 2000 yuan per year for the first two years of enrollment. Train students to master the basic professional knowledge of the application and maintenance of agricultural machinery such as automobiles and tractors, and make them have the use and maintenance skills of the related equipment of automobiles and tractors, strong ability of the application, repair, maintenance, sales and after-sales service of automobiles and tractors, and have a certain spirit of work innovation. This major covers all the professional courses of automobile maintenance, adding agricultural machinery repair, welder, fitter and other professional courses.
Compulsory courses are more than 20 courses, such as electrical and electronic, mechanical foundation, agricultural machinery repair, automobile detection and maintenance, automobile chassis construction and maintenance, automobile engine construction and maintenance, automobile electrical equipment construction and maintenance, and automobile repair training.
Employment direction: Mainly for agricultural machinery maintenance enterprises and automobile maintenance enterprises, engaged in agricultural machinery, automobile maintenance, after-sales service and basic management, engaged in agricultural machinery and automobile manufacturing enterprises, automobile 4S shops and automobile after-sales service, also engaged in traffic management, detection and other work in the field of traffic management.
Intelligent welding processing major (intermediate, senior)

Intelligent welding technology is one of the most important material processing technologies in modern manufacturing industry, with the name of "industrial tailor", automation, high degree of intelligence, good working environment, easier labor intensity. This major aims to serve the manufacturing industry of Shandong Peninsula, and aims to cultivate high-quality technical talents who can meet the needs of local market economy, master welding operation technology, design and implement metal welding process, use and maintenance of welding equipment, quality control and production management, etc.
The compulsory courses are: welding process, welding of metal materials, welding structure production, welding methods and equipment, arc welding power supply, welding production management and testing and other professional courses.
Employment direction: Mainly for shipbuilding, automobile, bridge, mechanical repair, construction, logistics services and other welding technology application positions. Engaged in the occupation position of welding operator, welding technician, welding quality inspector, welding production organization manager.
