Social Training Department shoulders the mission of cultivating skilled talents for economic and social development. Over the years, under the correct leadership of the college Party Committee, it has earnestly implemented the national education and training policy, actively expanded the training channels, and made efforts to improve the quality of training, so that the social training work has a vigorous and rapid development, and achieved good economic and social benefits.

The main responsibilities of the Department of Social Training are: according to the national, provincial and municipal training policies, make full use of the faculty and educational advantages of the college, and train various professional and technical talents of different levels for enterprise front-line and vocational education teachers in accordance with the evaluation standards of vocational skills. The specific fields are: to implement the gold blue-collar training plan issued by Shandong Province, Weihai City and Rongcheng City (senior engineer, technician, senior technician); To implement the evaluation of social training arranged by the municipal bureau; Implement the enterprise's new apprenticeship training program; To undertake the task of skill upgrading training and entrepreneurship training for students in the college; To complete the independent evaluation of students in our school; And organize the implementation of other kinds of short-term social training.
