Responsibilities of Asset and Finance Department

Strengthen the ideological education of the staff of the Assets and Finance Department, and establish the thought of serving for education and teaching, teachers and students; To formulate and implement the work objectives and work plans of the department; Responsible for the support service management of living facilities, bidding and procurement management, purchase management of all kinds of materials and equipment, facility use management, capital construction and renovation project management, daily maintenance management; Responsible for making financial system of the college and maintaining financial order of the college; Business fund budget, accounting, financial settlement work; To be responsible for financial approval procedures for engineering and equipment purchase of the institute; Implement the work assigned by the superior business department.
