Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 In order to promote the standardized and scientific management of student work and to improve the level of student work in our college, according to the spirit of the documents on student management from the higher business authorities, combined with the actual situation of our college, this management regulation is formulated.
Article 2 These regulations are for student work in the leadership system, student moral education, student management, apartment management, extracurricular activities, campus order, student safety, student financial aid, graduation education, as well as the assessment and reward of student work.
Chapter II Leadership System
Article 3 The Student Affairs Department is a functional department of student education and management, working under the leadership of the Party Committee and the President of the College, responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, serving and assessing the moral education, daily management, rewards and punishments, cultural and sports activities, certificate and student record management, student financial aid, etc.; formulating student education and management plans, student work rules and regulations; grasping the ideological situation and The department (department), in accordance with our college's policy, is responsible for the development of student education and management. Each department (division) is fully responsible for the daily work of student education and management in this department (division) according to the student work plan and student work rules and regulations of the college, and to develop the student education and management plan and related systems in this department (division) in conjunction with the actual situation of each department (division), and to carry out the work creatively.
Article 4 The college is in charge of student education and management work by a leader in charge of the college, each department (department) by a deputy director and officer in charge of student education and management, each class is equipped with a class teacher, the class teacher is under the leadership of each department (department), the student office is responsible for guidance and supervision. Chapter III Moral Education for Students
Article 5 To strengthen and improve the moral education of students as a major and urgent strategic task, and pay close attention to it effectively. We shall conscientiously implement the objectives of moral education for secondary school students, insist on combining teaching and education, education and self-education, theoretical education and social practice, solving ideological problems and practical problems, education and management, inheriting good traditions and improving innovation, actively explore new ways and methods of moral education for students under the new situation, and strive to reflect the times and Grasp the regularity, rich in creativity, and enhance the effectiveness.
Article 6 The main task of moral education for students is to take ideal and belief education as the core, patriotism education as the focus, the basic moral code as the basis, and the overall development of students as the goal.
Article 7 The channels of moral education for students are moral education courses as the main channel, with the situation and policy education as the important content. All courses have the function of educating people, and all teachers have the responsibility of educating people.
Article 8 The channels of moral education for students are to carry out in-depth social practice, vigorously build campus culture, take the initiative to occupy new positions of moral education, carry out in-depth mental health education, and strive to solve practical problems of students.
Article 9 To give full play to the important role of the league organization in the moral education of students, to carry out in depth among students the study and education activities of the league constitution, the history of the league and the basic theory and knowledge of the league, in accordance with the league constitution, to grasp the construction of the student league organization, to strengthen the education of students and league members, and to play the role of exemplary leadership of league members.
Chapter IV Student Management
Article 10 Students shall participate in all activities specified in the teaching plan and arranged by the college on time. Students must take leave if they cannot attend for any reason. Anyone who has not been granted leave or exceeds the leave period will be punished as absenteeism. The authority to grant leave within one day is approved by the class teacher; more than one day within one week is approved by the department (department) leadership, more than one week is approved by the vice president in charge and reported to the Student Affairs Department for the record.
Article 11 Students shall abide by the laws and regulations of the state, the Code of Conduct for Students of Technical Schools and all the rules and regulations of the college, be civilized and disciplined, abide by social morality, care for public facilities, not fight and brawl, not drink and gamble, and have decent interactions between men and women.
Article 12 The students with outstanding performance in moral, intellectual and physical development or in ideological and moral character, academic achievement, professional skills and cultural and sports activities may be awarded the titles of "Outstanding Student Pioneer", "Outstanding Student" or other individual honors. Students who have made mistakes should be given critical education or disciplinary action depending on the severity of the situation. When dealing with them, we must be cautious, insist on investigation and research, and seek truth from facts. Chapter V Apartment Management
Article 13 Students shall abide by the relevant regulations of the apartment management of the college, save water and electricity, take care of the apartment facilities, be hygienic, strengthen the construction of apartment culture, and actively strive to create civilized dormitories. Chapter 6 Extracurricular Activities
Article 14 The student union is a mass organization voluntarily organized by students, and students can apply for membership. Students must submit written applications for the purpose, constitution, content of activities, form and person in charge of the student union to be approved by the Student Affairs Office of the College. The college encourages and advocates student unions to carry out activities in science and technology, culture, art and sports. Student unions must obey the leadership and management of the college, and operate within the scope of the Constitution, laws and school rules and regulations, and may not engage in activities unrelated to student unions.
Article 15 advocates and supports students to carry out recreational and sports activities that are beneficial to physical and mental health. Student recreational and sports activities shall not interfere with the normal order of teaching and life. Students should be guided to cultivate noble and healthy aesthetic interests and establish a correct aesthetic concept. The dissemination, reproduction, and trafficking of reactionary and obscene books, magazines, and audio and visual products are strictly prohibited. Students are encouraged to participate in sports competitions and organize a variety of cultural and sports competitions, and students are required to participate in appropriate physical exercise as prescribed.
Article XVI encourages students to participate in the democratic management of the college. Students should actively reflect to the college through normal channels on national political and social affairs and on issues related to their personal interests. Students shall hold processions and demonstrations in accordance with the procedures prescribed by law. The college has the right to prevent or stop unapproved marches and demonstrations in accordance with the law. No organization or individual is allowed to conduct religious activities in the College.

Chapter VIII Safety
Article 18 Regularly do a good job of student safety education. All departments should cooperate with each other to actively carry out safety education and popularize safety knowledge. They should also help students overcome psychological barriers caused by various reasons, enhance students' awareness of safety and the legal system, and improve their ability to take precautions.
Article 19 The Security Department, Student Affairs Department and each department (division) is the main department of safety education and management, and other departments should divide the work and cooperate actively. To improve the rules and regulations, clarify their responsibilities, and grasp the daily safety management of students. All faculty and staff should establish a safety mindset and protect students' personal and property safety. Students should strengthen their awareness of safety precautions and improve their ability to protect themselves. Accidents found should be reported in time and take prompt measures to control the development of the situation and mitigate injuries and losses.
Article 20 Accidents are handled according to the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China Order No. 12 "Measures for Handling Student Injuries".
Chapter 9 Mental Health Education
Article 21 Departments (departments) make use of lectures, consultation, counseling and practical activities to carry out mental health education. A mental health education network shall be established to carry out mental health education effectively.
Chapter 10 Employment Guidance
Article 22 The college will include employment education in the teaching plan, and strengthen education on employment situation and policy, professional ideology and professional ethics by holding special reports and talks, so that students can understand the employment situation, master the employment policy, accurately grasp the employment orientation and adjust the employment mentality. We should actively carry out employment survey to provide a basis for the scientific and reasonable setting of professional system and talent training objectives of our college. Chapter 11 Appraisal and Reward
Article 23 The student work of each department (division) shall be quantitatively assessed every semester. The college sets up an assessment team. The assessment shall adhere to the principle of combining qualitative and quantitative, regular inspection and final evaluation, teachers and students, and be objective, fair and reasonable.
Article 24 The class teachers who have made outstanding achievements in "moral education, student management, student employment and student activities" can be selected as excellent class teachers, and be awarded for their outstanding work.
Chapter 12 By-laws
Article 25 Each department (division) may formulate corresponding management regulations with reference to these regulations.
Article 26 The Student Affairs Department shall be responsible for the interpretation of these regulations.
Article 27 These regulations shall be implemented from the date of publication.
