    I. Financial aid objects and financial aid standards
    The objects of the national grant are: the students in the first and second year of our college who are full-time students with official school registrations in agriculture-related majors and non-agriculture-related majors and whose families are in financial difficulties.
    The national scholarship is jointly funded by the central and local governments, mainly to subsidize the living expenses of students, and the funding standard is 2,000 yuan per student per year.

    Evaluation and declaration
    Before September 30 of each year, students of each department (division) can apply to the college and submit the "Application Form for National Scholarship for Secondary Vocational Schools" according to the application conditions and other regulations of the national scholarship as stipulated in this method. The evaluation team of each department (division) shall accept students' applications according to these measures, organize preliminary examination, propose the list of national grants, and publicize the preliminary examination results within the department for not less than 5 working days. After the public announcement is free of objections, the "Summary Table of National Scholarship Students in Secondary Vocational Schools" will be prepared and submitted to the Student Affairs Office for summary. The office of the National Scholarship Review Committee of the college will review the evaluation results of each department (division), and after passing the review, report to the National Scholarship Review Committee of the college for approval, and publicize the list of students who have received financial aid in the whole college. After there is no objection, the college will summarize the list of students who will enjoy the financial aid.
    Strengthen the dynamic management of academic registration, strictly follow the electronic information system for student registration and grant declaration and audit. Before April 20 and October 20 of each year, the registration of new students in spring and fall semesters and the declaration of national scholarship will be completed.
    V. Distribution, supervision and management of grants
    The college should strengthen the management of the financial aid work, establish and improve the relevant methods and evaluation mechanism, and do a good job in the evaluation and distribution of the national scholarship to ensure the openness, fairness and justice of the financial aid work.
    The national scholarship is earmarked for special use. The National Scholarship Review Committee of the college will take practical measures to increase the supervision and inspection of the evaluation and distribution of the scholarship, and will pursue the legal responsibility of the relevant personnel for irregularities such as retention, misappropriation and misappropriation of financial funds.
    If students have objections to the evaluation results, they can challenge the evaluation team of the department (division) through effective means. If there is still disagreement with the reply of the evaluation team of the department (division), the student may submit a request for reconsideration to the Student Affairs Office through effective means.
